This was my first year away from my daughter on her birthday. I thought I would surprise her with flowers at college. Same day delivery was promised. I gave them all information, where to deliver it, a person to contact if needed etc. I asked them to email me if there were any problems. I received no emails so I thought everything was fine. Long story short, she did not receive the flowers. I called and spoke with someone and he promised it would be delivered the next day and gave a discount. He said he would check to make sure they were delivered. They tried to call me in the morning, left no message, but I called them back. They said it could not be delivered and they would deliver them tomorrow. I told them to forget it and give me a refund. Never again will I order from them.
