I bought a membership, paying for 3 years upfront in early 2000's for $20 lifetime annual renewal. Just received a notice that my rate is increasing by $50. Utterly disappointed in 24 Hour Fitness. I called customer support and they said there was nothing that they could do, ditto from local staff.
