I joined 24 Hour Fitness back in 2007. I paid $699 upfront, that covered my first three years which worked out to about $20 per month and then $29 per year after that for life. I was told it was a lifetime rate and wouldn't go up. They have increased my dues to $79 per year now. Still cheap for a gym membership, but NOT what I nor 24 Hour Fitness agreed to. If there is a class action lawsuit I would like to be part of it. I can't find my original contract. Does anyone have a copy of the contract from back then? I want to see the fine print. Thank you.
