My complaint is just like everyone else's. I signed up for a lifetime membership which has just gone up suddenly, without warning, 250%. It is a real scam to sell someone a "lifetime" membership that changes whenever they want. I would like to be a part of any legal action taken toward this company because it seems very wrong what they are doing to many people. Lifetime should mean lifetime. They should charge new members whatever they want, but don't be shady and sell a lifetime membership that changes. I'm really upset about this.
