To cancel my membership: 30 mins on hold to cancel a membership. Why is this not available from the website?! To cancel my wife's: She was told she could place it on hold free of charge for a year only to receive a monthly bill of 10$ then had to call back again to cancel. They refused to refund all the 10$ charges despite the disingenuous nature of the first phone call.
