I used to be a highly satisfied customer but after 3 RMA's there has been no resolve even after speaking with them. I have a heavy reliance on my glasses for work. What happened? I trusted 39DollarGlasses to meet my vision needs. I'm left to think that my business is no longer their concern. I'm hard pressed to look elsewhere.
