We got a washer and dryer from Aaron's in Florence SC and from day one it's been nothing but problems with this company. I refuse to pay for something that's broke so after the first go around with them it finally got settled after 4 months. Now my dryer isn't working right and notified Karen the manager back in late August. Early September she was to take care of it and send someone to fix it. It's now November and has yet to be fixed and I refuse to pay. Let them call. Let them come to my house. They aren't getting in to "look" at it to make sure it's still here. The BBB and headquarters will be called on them. I'm sick of their crap!
