Same experience falling victim to theft like everyone else. I refuse to send my information they're requesting. They sent me the card in my name linked to my SSN to my address but now need to verify it and are locking up $384… All of which was a cash load at a Walgreens store. Curious, has anyone here filed a police report? What they've done to all of us can't possibly be legal, right? Like others, I got the prepaid card for my son to have a card he could use online, etc. I can fortunately afford to get burned for a few hundred but it's extremely frustrating and sad to see how much money they've taken from people, some of whom can't afford it. Somebody needs to shut this operation down. I live close to the supposed corporate office in California so I'll be making a trip to the published address this week as a matter of principle.
