Asked a simple question about highest possible external monitor resolution for my laptop and even with me attaching a photo of the sticker underneath 3 times showing both the serial and model number, they are more concern about my nationality and where in the world I am and telling me the serial # is invalid (it's NOT).in the end they never answered the question. Customer service has been terrible since day 1 and this latest incident has sworn me of any and all ACER products for good.
