Adobe… It has to say something about the quality of their products that so many people use them, because they truly must provide among the worst implementations of an interpretation of customer service on the planet.
As many other commentators here have noted, they obfuscate their contact options, sending you in never ending circles. The most surprising thing is that these comments even apply to their sales process.
The infuriating way the company structures any attempt to communicate with them riles to an even greater degree when the penny finally drops that they actually don't want you to chose how you buy the product… They ideally want to force you into a subscription.
Adobe, congratulations on some generally great products, but by the same token, you should be utterly ashamed of the contempt with which you treat your customers.
