My alarm system began beeping, because of a low battery. I called customer service, and they sent me a new battery, but this did not solve the problem. After some trial and error, I requested a service technician. His name was Chris Hinand. Chris worked with us to solve the problem. There was a bad wire, in the old system. He replaced the old system with your new system to our great satisfaction. We thank Chris with deep appreciation, and hope ADT appreciation employees like HIM. Thank You.
