Purchased a defective product from Advance Auto and had to pay for labor twice. They stated that they could not refund my labor cost because I fall under the DIY purchase warranty.informed them that the warranty information did not apply to a customer like me because of the definition of "DO IT YOURSELF." According to Merriam Webster the definition of "DO IT YOURSELF" is "the activity of doing or making something (as in woodworking or home repair) without professional training or assistance; broadly: an activity in which one does something oneself or on one's own initiative. I purchased the product but it was installed by a reputable and certified company. I want to file a class action lawsuit for consumer fraud against this company.
