I take my car to get it service. When I return to pick it up I noticed it had a dent to the door. I informed the service representative. He agreed to fix it and also to give me a loaner car, so I said "let's have the loaner car." He then continue that they have no loaner car so I have to wait until next week. I decided to get my car fix and give them the bill. The manager have the nerve to tell me they have to do the work at their shop and they are not paying. So now they mess up my car, refused to pay, I refused to have them do anymore work on my car. I basically pay them for a service I did not received because of the damage done to my car. It's my vehicle, I have the right where to get it repair.
