I bought two tickets from Canada for my daughter and her mom to Mauritius and back to Canada. I already did the payment on the phone with the customer service. I was surprised on the return back they did not draw my attention that when landing in New York, Kennedy airport, passengers need to check out, pass the immigration in US and then go to another airport for boarding to Toronto, and the connecting is only three hours. That lots of inconveniences., I have to lose two hours on the phone to fight back for refund as they could not accommodate me with something better and they are asking for more money about $400 more for each passenger. They should learn to solve problem for their faults of not telling the client all the details specially that one.
