Following my recent complaint, I am still waiting for my refund of two tickets from Air France, the company mess up our vacation, as I need this money to book another ticket as soon as possible. This is not a good service, to take the money very fast, but to refund back because of their lack and information and cannot provide me and my family a better accommodation.I the supervisor I spoke about the issues, he should be able to accommodate us something better without extra charge.
