I ordered two Ace Card to London Leisure Promotions Ltd. And after two weeks I didn't receive any of them. I called repeated times to the customer service during a whole week, leave a message for the Ace Card team and never heard back from them. I sent them repeated to the email section they have on their website and never got a response. All in all, they have charged me for 2 cards that I have never received and they don't even answer to me.
I am very disappointed with the service of this company.
I will let you know if I finally received my cards or I had to start other actions to retrieve my money.
