Please do not use this company! I had a good experience with them a year ago, but this time was horrible. I had a flight booked to Nepal to help with rebuilding after the earthquake and my airline cancelled all flights to Nepal due to the fuel embargo. So I had to rebook with another airline which cost $300 more and left a day earlier. I was advised by Allianz to file a claim and see what happened and then call back later to move my departure date one day forward. They denied my claim and refused to move the date ONE day forward. So they basically stole $107 from me for a trip that I never took. Book with HTH Worldwide Trip Protector Preferred instead! They have a great plan for $40 cheaper! I wish I had done that in the first place.
