I was informed by this company I am the beneficiary of a friend's policies but am being given the complete runaround. The company appears to be either dysfunctional or deliberately holding on to other people's money. This has only been going on for three weeks at this point but I am ready to report them to the state Department of Commerce. Phone calls are not returned at all, and they are very evasive about giving out contact information. I advise you: do zero business with this company.
