I have an auto loan with the bank and made the simple request of getting my payment date changed. When the day finally came for the new payment I was charged once in the original day and then on the requested day change. When I contacted them about it they said my first request was never processed. Which makes no sense considering I was charged on the requested day. When I requested a refund of the the second payment they said okay. After a month of not receiving the payment I recontacted them and they said that it was never processed again. I don't know if they are all idiots or they just don't want to do their jobs. Either way they are the worst most negligent company.
