Valuable items were damaged after my specifically requesting that they took special cate of them and made sure they were covered with blankets- brand new fridge scratched, R20 000 leather couch scratched, dining room table and chairs dinged and scratched, baby cot and compactum scratched! Plus other cabinets, our washing machine and other things were also damaged. So much for professional movers! I was absolutely harassed for payment before they left despite being promised that the damages would be sorted out. To this day their so called insurance never materialised and they ignored my mails. Disgusting service, avoid!
