I tried to purchase a gift card to be delivered by email and charge it to my amazon store card. Each time I viewed the status of it it said cancelled thus I reordered it… Same thing again. I called amazon and after being put on hold by 2 different people I was told it may be a system problem. An hour later i still didnt receive the emailed gift card so I called again and was told it may be a store card problem thus was transferred to syncrony bank. While on hold at syncrony bank and after i was told I was charged 2x for the gift cards I never received… I got disconnected. I called back again and asked for a supervisor and was disconnected again.
