I woke up this morning to a lovely email thanking me for my purchase of a Mac Book. I did not order anything except for a Kindle Book. I have been waiting on hold with Amazon for about 20 minutes not very impressive since I have fraudulent charges on my credit card. This is the second time this has happened within 8 months. The first time I closed my Credit Card and had a new one issued. I asked amazon if I could close and reopen a new account on their end and I was told "sure just keep in mind you will lose all the data you have bought from us (200 books)". Apparently they will not transfer your paid for items. I feel like I am getting robbed twice.
