I've shopped with you guys for years and the reason why because of fast shipping but lately that has changed and it's sad. I guess I'll find a new store to shop. I ordered something 4 days ago and it still hasn't shipped and it's a birthday gift. Very disappointed but oh well, when customer service goes so goes the company.
