My son paid and took the on-line course back in April. Here it is June and we still haven't received a certificate. He has been locked out of his account, we have called several times and waited as long as 30 minutes only to be hung up on. we have pressed "8" for the call back feature only to have it roll back to the beginning announcement. Needless to say No one has returned our call.
