I am in the same situation, in which my loan was sold by Chase to AES. Despite making in time monthly payments of $100 for 4 months, not only has my principal not decreased one penny, but I actually owe an additional $400 in accrued interest. Trying to speak with a representative is helpless. They're well versed in giving consumers the go around. I'm planning on switching lenders IMMEDIATELY, but cannot rest over the fraud and unethical principles of this company. Does anyone know how we can start a class action lawsuit against AES?
