The guy that was suppose to help me pick out my glasses was rude, rushed & just plain nasty! He did not try to help me in any way be able to purchase the two pair that I wanted. I have excellent insurance & was not trying to get the cheap ones! I was buying reading & sunglasses! In the end I walked out, totally upset!!! I had driven an hour to get there. The reason I drove the distance is because I had a great experience there two years before. Never again! When I got to the car I was so upset. I called their corporate office which did nothing but hear my complaint!
