Went in on 9/13/15. Waited for weeks for a promised phone call. Finally, I called them. They had not updated my phone number as requested. Got to store to pick-up. Store ordered wrong lens. Now 11/20/15 when I was able to pick up. I questioned the RX. They advised that even though my RX read -3.75 2.50d that the lens they gave me that read -3.75 were the same thing. I checked, they were not. Called store, was told "I don't know what to tell you, I came in the middle of this." Also, I was told they were giving me a free box for my troubles, but when I checked price online compared to what I paid, I realized the box was not free. I am now waiting to hear from their customer service.
