Ancestry.com continued to charge my credit card $99 every 6 months after I cancelled service in 2013. I called them, and they confirmed that I did in fact cancel but they have my email linked with another account, and they have been charging me for that account. Why would one person have 2 different accounts for the same service, and why wouldn't they alert me to that while I was on the phone with them in 2013?
