Hi, My name is Sushil and I bought Mac Pro Retina Mid 2014 model last year. Just in few times it has got two major defects and motherboard got replaced two time just in the period on one month. Device is still under warranty and it's getting over soon. I have spent my hard earned money to buy such expensive device and I'm feeling like a fool now. When I'm trying to interact with Apple executives, they are forcing me to buy an extended plan and spent another bucks to keep such waste. I'm requesting the top authorities of the Apple to please take up this case and help me with Refund/New machine so that I can get justice. I have a great believe on Apple company and this is my 4th device from Apple in just 2 years. I am expecting a quick resolution from the top authorities as I have burn my fingers while speaking to senseless many phone executives from their telephonic support.
