Took the afternoon of work, made a 60 mile round trip, paid for very expensive parking just to be told that despite arranging an appoointment, that they would not help me due to warranty issues. Surely they could have asked the question at the point of arranging the appointment.

Last time I buy Apple, this left a real bad taste in my mouth, no help, no support and no consideration. No flexibility, I didn't need a warranty, I just wanted my phone to be fixed.
