Drove for forty minutes to get the $1.00 special that was advertised on TV between 2:00-5:00 and the lady told me there wasn't any such promotion. I called the number to speak to a representative and she said it's in small writing on the commercial that only participating stores offer this special. I come to Arby's to eat all the time but I will no longer be a patron due to the deception. It's bs to advertise something and then not honor it. That's why it took twenty minutes to fill my order of five sliders because you have a bunch of idiots working the store in Fairmont WV. I'll post my experience on Facebook also so my friends won't be deceived in the same manner as myself.
