I did not receive my jalape� ±o bites with an order I called the store and spoke with Tony and he said just bring receipt and they would be replaced. I went tonight with receipt and was treated with such disrespect like I was lying because my name was not in a book. Is this how you treat your customers? I live two blocks away from this Arbys on 65th and Keystone in Indianapolis, In 46220 and spend alot of money and frequent customer. Melanie
