My husband and I visited the Arbys on Linden Ave in Dayton Ohio last night. There was a customer ahead of us that purposely tried to trick the crew there into getting free food. He was loud, rude… Complained about everything. I have posted a very small clip of this on my FB page and made it public in case you want to view. (Cynthia Davis Johnson).
This went on for approx 45 min. Someone on my FB recognized the guy. I want you to know that your staff there handled this person in the most respectful and professional manner. They should be commended. That guy went in there fully intending to complain and confuse until his order was free. His identy can be found in the comment section of my video. He should be banned from your restaurant.
