We went to arby's in Manchester, TN a couple of weeks ago and the buns for our sandwiches were tough like rubber, the fries were cold, the cups of cheese were cold, and both sandwiches weren't even prepared correctly. Tried to call the store to inform manager, no one would answer the phone. Called main number for customer service, was told to expect something in mail still yet to see anything.
