Ordered motherboard, (I am a tech) received wrong board. Politely asked how to return for correct one, they emailed back that "I" ordered the wrong part. They don't know why "I" ordered the wrong part, etc. I sent copy of part I ordered, also pics of wrong motherboard and my computer and motherboard. Came back ruder than ever and expect me to pay to ship it back, never offered to send correct motherboard, which tells me they obviously don't have it. Long story short, I contacted my CC company and filed a dispute. Complete ripoff.
