I was lied to by the company about the oil wells I was investing in. The salesman told me that the group of wells were already in place and the first one was weeks away from pumping oil. He convinced me to transfer my IRA account to Aschere to cover the investment, with the promise of substantial returns. Needless to say, the wells were never put in place and now they do not want to return my money. I have made phone calls that were never returned and mailed a letter to their head accountant. No Response. They have my IRA money and refuse to return it to me. I can't believe they are still in business and not in jail.
