I bought a sofa set a few months ago. I called to submit a claim and told them that my dog had jumped in the sofa with her wet and muddy paws. It took them months to send someone out then they are telling me that it is a build up of soil. Well hello it was mud and they took forever to go inspect the sofa. I think it is pointless for them to offer warranty if it will not cover the damage. It's stressful. I will never buy from ashley again. Oh i'm putting a one star because i have to put something.
