I bought sofa 2 months ago. Soon after, I canceled the order. They refunded the money, BUT they keep charging and refunding the money every week for 2 months already. Multiple emails and calls did not solve the problem. My card was getting charged and refund would be processed sometimes right away and sometimes several days after. I had to cancel my credit card and order a new one from my credit company due to Ashley Furniture's fraudulent activity on my credit card.
