Asus seems to be getting a real bad rep lately after years of producing quality motherboards. Have a 4 month old ROG20 bought at best buy, and is about to be on its way back to California for its 2nd warranty repair. Stuff happens, but I now see the same reviews over and over – overheating, short circuiting, power problems, ports not working, and the best solution is the need to place a fan behind the pc to decrease the potential for overheating (REALLY!!!). Another problem is when the warranty expires (which costs $85 to ship out of pocket) it appears I'm going to be stuck with a $1300 book end. And yeah customer service pretty poor, will return with update on the results of ROG's latest Cali vacation.
