I was, and still am, disappointed that the ASUS rebate process is so difficult to navigate. I've literally spent hours trying to get my $100 rebate giftcard for an ASUS product purchased through Amazon. The ASUS rebate phone number provided by the company sends people into a recording loop, unable to get a "real live" person to answer questions. However, when I posted a negative review on Amazon I was immediately connected with Tom P, who patiently responded to my (many) emails until I submitted the correct information to (hopefully) receive my rebate. Tom P has probably restored my faith in ASUS. Pending a rebate card showing up in my mailbox… I'll likely purchase their products again in the future. (But honestly, I'll probably wait for a sale instead of using a rebate.) Thanks Tom P! Gail
