My laptop which is a bit over 1 year old stopped working. When I called I was pleasantly surprised to first of all have my call answered quickly, and secondly though the warranty was one year to have an offer of free service if I shipped it back. Today, the second day after my computer was received, I called and the representative was able to quickly inform me it is already fixed and about to be on its way back to me. So, I speak very highly of Asus customer support.
