Right off the bat he spoke good English. I had another rep first who I could not understand because of his accent. It was obvious his command of English was horrible. Not Giovanni. He was great in his command of the English language. I had called in with the same problem before and the rep very quickly solved the problem. But the fix was short-lived. Giovanni was patient and worked through the problem thoroughly and I think this fix will work. It was a very long call but Giovanni hung in there until the problem was resolved and I was satisfied with the result. Giovanni is an extraordinary rep who should be rewarded or his competency!
