This was the technician who spent time emailing me suggestions to fix my Asus Transformer; obtained and RMA to send it to a service center and when it was rejected by the service center, notified him that my transformer was entitled to a repair consisting of returning it to its default setting which had been corrupted by the download of Windows 10. Over a period of a month, Tom took action on each one of my emails until my Asus was repaired and returned to me yesterday IN WORKING CONDITION. My satisfactory ratings below are entirely based on the efforts Tom expended on my behalf. I am very grateful to him.
