ATT email/support sucks!!!
In all that web content there is no way to really contact ATT. They rely totally on auto attendant canned messages and canned issues. My email account has been compromised beyond the typical hack. I followed all the canned suggestions and still have issues that require hands on. At ATT there are no hands on people. They don't know Jack! I have to rely on Jack my next door neighbor and like most of us no one knows Jack. Shame on you ATT for your stand off support style. I'm cancelling my packaged deals and moving on to another provider. Yes there are other alternatives.
