Hello, I went to your ATT store this morning in Oviedo, Fl. On Red Bug Lake Rd. To get assistance with my new Android that I had purchased from this store. I was having a hard time trying to connect to the internet and just needed someone to answer a few questions. When I entered the store a gentleman by the name of Carlton asked what he could do for me. I gave him my phone and tried explaining to him as best I could about my concerns and I noticed immediately that he obviously didn't want to be bothered. He then got my phone to hook to the internet and then asked me, "What's the problem?" I told him Well, that's why I brought my phone so that someone could show and explain to me what I was doing wrong. He then out loud accused me of snapping at him and suggest that I have someone else assist me. I then became extremely offended and embarrassed and waited for the young gentleman behind the counter to assist me. It ended up being something very simple that he actually took the time to show and explain to me. Now I hope no one else has to experience what I did with Carlton. I recommend he get some kind of training on how to assist future customers.
