Worst customer sevice ever at E. 5th Ave, Columbus, Oh. Called Burcoinc manufactuters of mirror glass replacement kit for 1994 Honda Lx Accord SW driver's side RV mirror and was told by "supervisor Frank" we don't have it, we don't sell it and finally we can't order it. I asked for corporate's number and "Frank" put me on hold. Never returned to the phone. He's black and so am i; however it was obvious English is not his primary language. He was innatentive, rushed, non responsive, disinterested, dismissive and asked me to repeat my request multiple times. Where he failed i itially was concluding AZ was not, in fact, a valid retail distributor for this manufacturer. He should never andwer incoming calls and his in store work and attitude should be monitored IMHO.
