I was charged an automatic renewal after I recently paid for the service so I have been double charged. Please credit my account immediately Patrick Schwab as you must have all the information needed by looking up my name!!! I question the integrity of this company and the quality of service. Is there indeed internet security or is that a false claim also? After reading numerous customer service I believe you should be shut down. You are not a business. Thank you and I expect a confirmation email that this has been completed. I expect this to be completed in 3 business days. Thank you.
