Bank of America when do you think you can get this sooo simple task right??? My father added me to his account… Somewhere along your end. Which I may add nicely. You have ruined my fathers whole account… His debit card has been declined his account frozen. Why? Well because you cannot get the paperwork right… He has been banking with this institution for last 60 years… And at this point we are so fed up with the inexperience of everyone. This is a simple task. Adding one to an account. I have been added to accounts before and the whole process took less than twenty min. This has taken weeks going all the way back to September. It is November 23rd??? What is your banks problem???
