My experience with Bath Fitter was good on the front end of things, but not as good on the back end. The person who came over and helped me design the bathroom was fabulous. It was also fairly timely getting an appointment for the installation. But once the installation occurred, it got really choppy. I don’t think they had enough people doing the installation. My person kept getting called away to do other things and fix-it jobs at other places. It seemed like from one-day installation to it took a while to get it completely done. There had been something ordered incorrectly so I didn’t have all my parts, fixtures, etc.in place at the same time. There was another wait for that. They also didn’t do a proper job on the caulking gel that they used so they had to come back out and fix that as well after the installation.
