Very poor customer service…
If i am not mistaken weve been in bell for more than 5years. I haven't been a bad customer with them. I pay all my bills on time w/o laps. Except this year last june or july. I buy something in the net and. I used my cr card to pay it. But theres a concern so i call my cr card to dispute that account. Since i am using this card to pay also bell with reauthorize. W/o knowing that my card has been hold. Till one of my other account with reauthorized also phone me. And right away i phone bell to settle everything… They help me 1st and then the agent told me to avoid late payments i have to call them again before its due date so i did. But this bully agent told me other thing different frin the 1st one. But since i don't have a choice so. I dial again and talk to somebody and help me again. And eltwlling me that the 1st agent who help me is the one whos telling me the right thing. And feeling so sorry with what the other agent did to me. So she told me to ohone again and settle again for the third time… But somebody phone us telling us to pay the bills or else… They will cut my service. They are so bully… Forcing me to pay all the bill. With the interest for late payments… And i was telling her that i want to settle this thing if she could help me with this. Coz the more they put interest and late payment the more i cant pay them… But shes so harsh bully in short they cut my sevice. And now they after they cut my service they want me to pay them again for reconnect… Bell didnt help their customers… Good customers they didnt value…
